Priya Sukhra

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Emotional Support Facilitator, and a Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Facilitator with the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Network (PAIL Network). I have worked in the mental health field for three years specializing in individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and traumatic experiences.

I have my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology completed at Yorkville University and completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University.

Reaching out for support takes strength and courage, and I hope to support you in your journey by creating a safe, non-judgmental, and accepting environment through therapy.

I want everyone to feel welcomed and comfortable as they share and process their unique lived experiences. My approach is very collaborative, where I work alongside the client to create a space that leads to positive changes and ongoing support.
