Associate Therapist

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapist. I have also worked as a Life Redesign Coach, Crisis Counsellor, Youth Counsellor, Youth Program Director, Social Service Worker, and Mental Health Clinician.

I have been in the mental health field for over five years with a wide range of experience facilitating and partnering with individuals through disability management, crisis & trauma, anxiety, and depression, among other stressors. 

I have attained a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, EMDR training and certification through EMDRIA, an undergraduate degree in Education, and a Social Service Worker diploma.

I am committed to creating a therapeutic environment that fosters diverse individual needs and lived experiences.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from symptoms and emotional distress. This treatment helps the client access and process traumatic memories and disturbing life experiences in a way that leads to adaptive resolution.

    2. Does your trauma continue to impact your daily life and well-being? Do you feel it emotionally and physically? Do you tend to be hypervigilant or very cautious?

  • Like most therapeutic processes, this can vary, and many clients find that 10-20 sessions lead to significant improvements. The goal is to provide you with the tools and support to achieve lasting outcomes rooted in growth and resilience.
